ParkChicago® Makes Paying for Parking Easier During Wrigley Field Events

Paying for parking for events at Wrigley Field has never been easier. Cub fans can pay for their parking using the ParkChicago® app and extend their time remotely.

At $4 an hour, the rate is very competitive with surrounding Wrigleyville parking lots. Street parking through ParkChicago® is available at 1,100 spaces in Wrigleyville within the boundaries of Irving Park Road to the north, Belmont Avenue to the south, Broadway Avenue to the east and Southport Avenue.

Starting on April 9th, the $4 rate begins two hours prior to every home game or concert and lasts for seven hours. The rate applies to the nearest hour. For example, if a night game starts at 7:05 p.m., the $4 rate would start at 5 p.m.

ParkChicago® is the easy and convenient way for motorists to pay for street parking using their smartphone. In addition, fans using the app don’t have to cut their game day experience short, fearing their time is about expire. Instead, they now have the ability to extend their time, even during extra innings.

Motorists can use ParkChicago® to pay for street parking or use the meter boxes located on each block, providing multiple means of paying for parking, including coins, credit and debit cards.

Don’t have ParkChicago®? Download the app and set up an account linked to a major credit or debit card. The cost of parking sessions is deducted from your ParkChicago® account.

A 35-cent convenience fee applies to transactions of less than two hours. The convenience fee is free if you park for longer than two hours.

iPhone and Android users can download the ParkChicago® mobile app at the App Store or at Google Play. To learn more, visit www.ParkChicago.com.
